Since its inception, the organisation has been involved in several sectoral activities of community development and social welfare programs implemented by a number of development partners/institutions in different parts of the country. So far, the organization has worked in collaboration/affiliation with the following government line agencies and development partners:

To strengthen the capacity of the organization as per the need of the projects, STANDS-Nepal has also worked in association with a number of national as well as local organizations (LNGOs/CBOs) of the respective program districts. In this context, so far STANDS-Nepal has worked with the following NGOs, Consulting Firms and LNGOs/CBOs:

  4. Rural Women Upliftment Association (RWUA) for Open Defecation Free (ODF) Support Program in Sarlahi district
  5. Suryodaya Samajik Club (SSC) for ODF Support Program in Nuwakot district
  6. Bal Samrakchan Sanstha (BSS) for RWSSFDB program in Arghakhanchi district

In line with the Local Self Governance Act (LSGA), 2055 and its Regulation 2056 of GoN, during the implementation of the projects undertaken, STANDS-Nepal has worked in coordination and collaboration with local bodies (DDC/VDC and Municipalities) of the respective district. Similarly, during the implementation of Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) program, the organization has also focused on the capacity building of District WASH Coordination Committee (D-WASH-CC), Village WASH Coordination Committee (V-WASH-CC) and Municipality WASH Coordination Committee (M-WASH-CC) including schools, local institutions, networks, Local NGOs/CBOs and other stakeholders to ensure sector coordination, harmonization and alignment in program implementation.
